

Private sessions are an optimal place to start. Session are tailored to fit each client’s individual needs and abilities to ensure the best possible workout. Any and all Pilates equipment may be used during a private sessions.

Duo sessions consist of two individuals working together with one trainer on a variety of Pilates equipment. Individuals will generally coordinate with a specific friend or partner of comparable ability for these sessions.

Are based on Pilates mat work and are designed to challenge the beginning as well as the advanced practitioner. A variety of props (balls, rings, rollers, etc) will be incorporated to achieve optimal movement-based functional training. With the personalized attention and instruction of a small class size, you will learn the fundamentals of Pilates in order to:
Build core strength
Tone and streamline your body
Increase strength and flexibility
Rehabilitate and prevent injuries
Improve posture and total body alignment
Improve balance and coordination

Help promote a more comfortable, confident pregnancy and delivery. Bring stability, strength and balance to your core in this intimate class created specifically for expecting moms. Exercises performed in this class are challenging yet safe (in accordance with ACOG guidelines), and are structured to help you facilitate a stronger, healthier pregnancy and recovery. An assortment of props will be utilized. Midwife or doctor’s approval is recommended.

Will help you reclaim your posture, core integrity and stamina while bonding with your baby in a clean, relaxed atmosphere. A variety of props (including baby!) will be incorporated for a well-rounded workout with an emphasis on correct biomechanics. All exercises are easily modified to accommodate individual needs and varying fitness levels as well as diastasis recti and cesarean recovery. This class is appropriate for moms at least six weeks postpartum. Midwife or doctor’s approval is recommended. Pre-crawling babies welcome.

This is a specifically designed program for breast cancer survivors who are on the road to recovery. As a certified Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, Lyra is qualified to assess, design, and implement individualized programs for those who are diagnosed with cancer. These sessions will help stretch and strengthen the shoulders, chest, back and abdominal muscles, allowing a woman to regain full range of motion of those areas affected by breast cancer surgery. This post rehabilitation program is suitable whether the surgery was recent or several years ago and accommodates all fitness levels.
